As a common mechanical device, DC brushless motors can be often seen in the processing and production of enterprises. It has the advantages of low noise, good performance and low interference. It is widely used in CNC, metallurgy and other work fields. In order to improve work efficiency, the motor must be maintained regularly during the use of the equipment. How should we maintain the motor?
1. Before disassembling the DC brushless motor, blow the dust on the surface of the motor with compressed air and wipe the surface dirt clean.
2. Familiar with the structure characteristics and maintenance technical requirements of DC brushless motor.
3. Select the working place where the motor is disassembled and clean up the on-site environment.
4. Prepare tools (including special tools) and equipment required for disassembly.
5. In order to further understand the defects in the operation of the DC brushless motor, if conditions permit, a check test can be done before disassembly.
